Let the Campaigns Begin!

Groups that are running for Student Council elections 2009 started campaigning Saturday March 14th.  Zeidzn & Inanra (in Men’s Campus) and S4S and ASC (in Women’s Campus) are doing their best to make their campaigns stand out from the crowd by passing out flyers/pamphlets, putting up posters, and talking to students about their campaign platform.

YU students, excited about launching the council had the opportunity to explore the visions, plans and objectives of each group during the candidate forum which was held on March 15th in Men’s college and March 16th in Women’s College.

YU authorized the establishment of the Student Council in 2009 with the aim to support the personal and social growth of individual students, especially the development of their leader skills.
