The EMBA Program is offered over a period of 20 months, in a format suitable for busy executives, with rolling admissions and varying start dates for different cohort groups.
YU attempts to offer one new course each month on a cyclical basis; however, the exact timing will be related to national holidays and the schedules of affiliated international faculty. For the second MBA option, the HFU courses will be offered one course/week in an eight-week bloc or two four-week blocs during the summer months.
All courses generally are taught in Riyadh once per month in an intensive evening mode divided into two modules:
- Preparatory module: this module will be taught by the YU faculty members to prepare the students for the Main Module. It is delivered in the two weeks before the commencement of the Main module as three (3) clock hours on two Saturdays and six (6) clock hours on two Thursdays and (6) clock hours on two Fridays = 30 clock hours.
- Main module: this module is taught by our International faculty members. It is deliver of either:
o six (6) clock hours per day for five (5) consecutive days = 30 clock hours OR o five (5) clock hours per day on Thursday & Friday, followed by three (3) clock hours per night Saturday & Sunday and Tuesday & Wednesday, followed by four (4) clock hours the next Thursday & Friday = 30 clock hours.
