The University draws its faculty from its own College of Business Administration for selected courses in the YU EMBA in International Management & Leadership program.  Accordingly, and consistent with the philosophy of the EMBA in International Management & Leadership, all of the YU faculty will have international academic and work credentials.  Further, to ensure that the program continues with an international focus the University has arranged with Hochschule Furtwangen University (Germany) and Portland State University (USA) to have selected members of its graduate faculty HFU teach at YU as affiliate faculty of the YU EMBA program.
